Co-Founders

At the heart of Lighthouse Client Service is an ownership team driven by a personal mission to empower individuals with disabilities.

Kheira Gannon 

Kheira Gannon is an accomplished operations and administrative leader with experience in healthcare, hospitality, and human services. She gained her expertise through roles such as Services Authorization Specialist, Administrator and Workforce Analyst. Kheira holds an MBA with a focus in Finance from SNHU, and she is certified in over 30 professional areas including data analytics, Excel, and robotic process automation. Her strong analytical skills and service-first mindset make her instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and efficient care delivery.  

Sheri Villaman

Sheri Villaman is a seasoned human services professional with decades of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in direct care and administrative roles. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology  and English from UMass Lowell. In her past roles as a Lead Developmental Specialist and Service Coordination, Sheri ensured quality  documentation, team collaboration and compliance with state regulations. Her certifications in safety, crisis response and advocacy, along with her heartfelt dedication, make her a trusted advocate and partner for all clients. 

Megan Gannon

Megan Gannon has over 10 years of experience in case management, program oversight, and Medicaid-funded services across the nonprofit and government sectors. Megan has gained her experience as a  Senior Manager of Case Management and Family Directed Services. She led individualized program development, budget and contract oversight, and regulatory compliance. Megan’s extensive background includes advocacy for funding, staff  supervision, crisis management, and strategic alignment with state systems. She is deeply committed to advancing equity and personalized care for all clients.

Dani Dillard

Dani Dillard brings over two decades of experience in the human services field, supporting individuals across a variety of roles and settings. She began her career in direct care as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and home care provider, building a strong foundation in hands-on, person-centered support. She later advanced into case management, where she advocated for clients’ needs and coordinated essential services. In addition to her case management work, Dani served as a Pod Leader for several  years, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to her team. She also held a supervisory role supporting and mentoring new case managers, helping to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality service delivery. Dani has extensive experience working with individuals with dual diagnoses of mental health conditions and developmental disabilities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Rivier College. Known for her empathy, compassion, and dependability, Dani is a strong advocate who is deeply committed to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling, meaningful lives.

Melissa Rose

Melissa Rose brings over 10 years of dedicated service in the  developmental services field. Melissa is a supportive advocate dedicated to the well-being of the individuals she serves. She specializes in helping clients lead self-directed lives, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and fully informed to make decisions. Melissa fosters strong relationships with families providing a supportive and gentle foundation that enables them to navigate the complexities of caregiving with confidence. Melissa’s clinical foundation in Behavioral Neuroscience allows her to provide deeply informed, holistic care, complemented by the efficiency and safety standards of her Six Sigma, First Aid and CPR certifications. Whether navigating complex regulations or facilitating person-centered planning, Melissa is a tireless champion for independence and community inclusion.

 

Amber Towle

Amber Towle brings over five years of experience as a Case Manager, where she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to person-centered support and advocacy. During her time in this role, she also served as a Pod Leader for one year, providing mentorship, guidance, and leadership to her team while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Amber earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College, building on her academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMass Lowell. In addition to her case management experience, she has worked as a Mental Health Counselor at a therapeutic day school, where she supported students with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Known for being versatile, empathetic, kind, and supportive, Amber approaches her work with compassion and  professionalism. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals and families, fostering meaningful growth, and creating supportive environments where people can thrive.

Megan Holmes

Megan Holmes brings over 20 years of experience in service coordination, where she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to person-centered support and advocacy. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals and families navigating complex systems of care, ensuring access to critical resources and services that promote stability and long-term success. Megan is known for her ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and for walking alongside families with compassion, clarity, and dedication.

She earned her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, building on her academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services. She also holds a graduate-level certification in Nonprofit Organizations.

Known for being compassionate, knowledgeable, and dependable, Megan approaches her work with professionalism and a deep commitment to empowering vulnerable populations. She is passionate about advocacy, fostering meaningful connections, and helping individuals and families thrive within their communities.
